Dustin Revere

Dustin Revere grew up in an artistic Bay Area family, where an early exposure to craft and creative process shaped the way he approaches design and the built environment. His career began in jewelry, ceramics, photography, and glass, eventually leading him to build a global educational studio and other entrepreneurial ventures across creative education, hospitality, and real estate.
For more than 15 years, Dustin has also been remodeling, improving, and repositioning properties with a design-forward philosophy. That hands-on experience, combined with his background in materials, proportion, and composition, gives him a practical understanding of how thoughtful design can improve both a home’s experience and its long-term value.
Today, as a licensed real estate agent and long-term Airbnb Superhost, he brings those disciplines together in property management. With more than 12 years of hosting experience and thousands of guest stays, Dustin works with owners on acquisition, renovation, positioning, operations, and revenue strategy. He approaches each property as an owner, operator, and maker—focused on protecting its character while helping it perform at its highest level.

Rocio Revere was born and raised in Colombia and holds a degree in Industrial Design. As Revere Estates’ Creative Director and design lead, she brings a strong understanding of color, form, texture, and spatial experience to every property.
Her approach is design-forward but always grounded in hospitality—creating homes that feel vibrant, cohesive, and memorable while still functioning beautifully for guests and owners. Rocio focuses on developing the atmosphere and visual identity that helps a property stand out, photograph well, and create the kind of experience people want to book and return to.
Beyond design, she is also closely involved in day-to-day property operations, helping coordinate cleaners, handymen, and on-site details so the creative vision carries through into how each home is actually maintained and experienced.
Sage Revere grew up in Berkeley, California, surrounded by the diverse cultures, ideas, and creative energy of the San Francisco Bay Area. Raised in a household where entrepreneurship, design, and creative thinking were part of everyday life, he developed an early understanding of how ideas are communicated, positioned, and brought to market.
Naturally entrepreneurial from a young age, Sage has always had a strong instinct for business strategy and creative communication. Today, he brings those experiences together as part of Revere Estates’ marketing and outreach team, focusing on brand communication, strategic partnerships, and connecting the company with the right owners, agents, and opportunities.
His approach blends creativity with strategy—helping Revere Estates communicate its value clearly while building relationships that support the company’s continued growth.
Joe has called Berkeley home for many years and brings a deep appreciation for the unique character, architecture, and varied neighborhoods throughout the Bay Area. His familiarity with the local market helps him look beyond the surface of a property and understand how location, layout, condition, and neighborhood context all influence its potential.
Joe also brings a thoughtful, strategic background shaped by years as a professional poker player, where discipline, pattern recognition, and careful observation were second nature. That analytical perspective helps him approach every space with fresh eyes and attention to detail.
Having traveled extensively and experienced a wide variety of hospitality settings around the world, Joe assists Revere Estates as an independent local advisor. He frequently helps with initial walkthroughs and on-site observations, offering a practical perspective on layout, presentation, and property flow to support the team’s overall vision.
